Who is responsible for the freight costs when you buy our switchgear?

We cover all freight and transportation costs associated with the removal of your electrical equipment. Because we manage the logistics internally within our service area, you will never receive an invoice for trucking or travel expenses. We pay you upfront for the equipment, and the cost of hauling it away is entirely our responsibility.

Will your crews disconnect the switchgear from the live utility feed?

We do not perform any energized work or utility switching under any circumstances. The equipment must be completely de-energized, isolated, and locked out by your facility electrician or the local utility before our personnel arrive. Once the system is verified dead, our crews will handle the mechanical de-installation and physical removal.
